New Deutsche Bank Towers

The greatest refurbishment of a building undertaken in Europe created one of the most eco-friendly high-rise buildings in the world – the headquarters of Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt. From 2007 to 2010, we carried out the modernization of the towers at Taunusanlage. Based on our voluntary commitment for sustainability, our objective is to contribute actively to climate protection.

The overall energy consumption has been reduced by 55 percent and the water usage decreased by 74 percent. CO2 emissions from building operations have been reduced by 55 percent and the use of power from renewable sources reduces the building’s carbon  footprint by another 34 percent which means an environmental relief of 89 percent.
We take action – with conviction and responsibility

We will convert our head office into one of the world’s most environmentally friendly high-rise buildings and demonstrate leadership by setting benchmarks resulting in sustainable improvements.
